High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

High Intensity Interval Training is an enhanced form of interval training. An exercise method alternating periods of short intense bouts of anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Usual HIIT sessions vary from 15 – 45 minutes.

These short intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improve glucose metabolism and increases growth hormone (GH) which is essential for fat burning. It can be performed anywhere with minimal equipment. No excuses, only results.
